Michael L. Aglialoro is a Business Acquisition Manager with Blue Foundry Bank. He is based in both Jersey City, NJ and Hoboken, N.J. As a Business Acquisition Manager, Mr. Aglialoro works with consumers and business clients to help them achieve their financial goals by providing a wide range of custom banking solutions to fit their overall financial objectives.

Mr. Aglialoro established his banking career over 25 years ago, and prior to joining Blue Foundry Bank he worked for both large global and mid-size community banks, with the same “relationship mentality” that enabled him to make a positive difference in building long term relationships. Mr. Aglialoro is a graduate of Fordham University and an active member of the community. He is heavily involved in networking, teaching workshops and mentoring students in business within the Borough of Manhattan Community College (WIBO Program) and is a member in the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce.
