Matylda is a Leadership Coach who supports ambitious, driven and successful trailblazers gain clarity on what’s next and how to level up to get there. Her coaching, informed by neuroscience and positive psychology, draws on research on how the brain can change and what it takes to create new habits and ways of being.
Matylda believes there are two kinds of goals: Transactional and Transformative. Transactional goals focus on what you want to have (e.g. increasing revenue, or a specific role at an organization), versus Transformational goals, which focus less on what you want to have, and more on who you need to become in order to get what you want. Matylda nudges clients to choose a Transformative goal, because when you define and grow into the person you want to be, you automatically hit the Transactional goals by virtue of who you’ve become – and that’s something you can benefit from for the rest of your life.
